Job Title : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Specialty : Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 08 : 30 AM - 04 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : 0 Experience : Minimum of 1 year of professional SNF experience required License : Active SLP license required Certifications : Relevant certifications as required for SLP positions Must-Have : - Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Job Description : Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.- Educate patients and families on speech-language pathology techniques and strategies.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.- Maintain continuing education and professional development in line with industry standards.
