A company is looking for an Enrollment Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise team members to ensure timely processing of enrollments and adherence to quality standards

Analyze eligibility discrepancies and submit necessary changes to leadership

Develop and implement processes to enhance the member experience and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of healthcare experience

2+ years of management or supervisory experience

Experience with member-centric business implementation and work process improvements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in healthcare enrollment preferred
