Life and Health Licensed Director

A company is looking for a Director of Benefits Consulting Practice (Client Success) to lead strategic client engagement efforts and drive value for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the voluntary benefit market and serve as a strategic advisor to senior-level stakeholders

Conduct regular client meetings to ensure alignment with business initiatives and identify areas for value creation

Coordinate new or changing voluntary benefit offerings and collaborate with internal teams to drive enrollment and utilization

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in client success or consulting within voluntary benefits or related industries

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

Life, Health & Accident licenses are required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment

In-depth knowledge of employee benefits, focusing on voluntary benefits and related technologies

Experience managing large employer groups (10,000+ employees) and demonstrated success in client retention and revenue growth
