- The Sourcing Manager will own the sourcing process for products and be accountable for key milestones such as samples, quotations, and cost breakdowns.
- This role involves overseeing supplier management processes and ensuring suppliers meet FabFitFun's requirements.
- The candidate will drive sourcing processes to support supplier performance management, selection strategy, and cost negotiations.
- The Sourcing Manager will prepare bi-annual performance reviews for suppliers and monitor their KPIs.
- Building and maintaining supplier management tools will be a critical responsibility of this position.
- The role requires developing relationships with cross-functional partners in Finance, Legal, Merchandise, and Product teams to align on sourcing direction.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project management, sourcing, product development, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- A bachelor's degree in Sourcing, Supply Chain, or a related field is required for this position.
- Candidates should possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy, enabling them to build relationships with diverse cultures globally.
- Strong business acumen is essential, with the ability to translate business strategy into sourcing initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- The successful individual will be solutions-focused and comfortable working in an environment that demands strong deliverables.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary to manage supplier relationships effectively.
