About The Position
Job Details :
Start Date : Immediately
Duration : 13 weeks
Schedule : 8 : 30a - 4p and other similar shifts from Mondays - Thursdays
Requirements :
- At least 2 years of experience
- BLS certification
- Illinois state OT license
Responsibilities :
- Perform 2-3 evaluations and 5-7 treatments daily
- Provide 30-45 minute treatments
- Complete point of care documentation
- Treat pediatric patients with sensory issues, autism, and developmental delays
- Manage adult cases including carpal tunnel, falls, fractures, and neurological conditions
