About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2524 To $2804 Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Specialty : Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day - 5x8 - 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours : Information Not Provided Experience : Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in nuclear medicine License : New York State Department of Health License (limited to Nuclear Medicine) Certifications : ARRT(N) or CNMT registration, BLS certification Must-Have : Ability to cover on-call duties 5 days per month, including 15-hour weekday night shifts and 24-hour weekend shifts Job Description : Perform nuclear medicine procedures and apply appropriate protocols to ensure high-quality diagnostic images.
- Operate nuclear medicine equipment and ensure optimal image quality and patient safety.- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procedures and patient information.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements in nuclear medicine practices.- Provide patient education and support during diagnostic procedures.
- Participate in on-call duties as required, ensuring availability for emergencies and urgent cases.
