CNC Screw Machine Operato rs 2nd Shift (4) for medical device manufacturer located in the Lake Forest CA area. Great opportunity with a stable company.
Temporary to Hire opportunity. Hours are :
1st Shift, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm, Monday-Friday, plus 2 Saturdays a month
2nd Shift, 3 : 15 pm - 11 : 45 pm, Monday - Friday plus 2 Saturdays a month. Saturday hours are 12 : 30 PM - 8 : 30 PM
Overtime is mandatory. Company will complete Drug Screen and Background Check prior to start. P ay is $18 -24 / hr depending on experience.

Duties :
- Setup machines / Assist Operators with Setup
- Run first article inspection
- Perform in-process inspection
- Attention to detail, medical device requires detailed paperwork and traceability
- Assist with program optimization to meet quality / production goals
- Keep workplace organized
- Fill out work order and quality data
Requirements :
- Must have experience with Mills or Lathes
- Versed in various measuring tools (indicators, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator)
- Experience selecting cutting tools, and work holding solutions
- Experience with Citizen Swiss Lathes (M-Series, L-Series), CAV and Tryton Barloaders a plus
- Experience with Precipitation Hardened Stainless Steels, feeds and speeds
- Good attendance and a low scrap rate are very important to this company.
