We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join their dynamic HR team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to various departments within the healthcare organization.
You will collaborate closely with leaders to drive HR initiatives, support employee development and ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.
Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities :
- Partner with departmental leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into HR initiatives and solutions in a clinical setting
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development and HR best practices
- Lead and support recruitment efforts for assigned departments, including sourcing, interviewing and selection of candidates
- Conduct regular assessments of organizational and employee development needs; design and implement programs to address these needs
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with HR colleagues on projects such as employee engagement surveys, policy development and HR analytics
Human Resources Business Partner Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in a clinical setting as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and experience managing complex employee relations issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in HR analytics a plus
