Marketing at Brex
The Marketing team tells the Brex story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our products and features into tangible customer benefits.
Our marketers - across Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand Marketing - are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business.
We're a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, Business Development, and Design teams to show our prospects and customers how we can help them reach their full potential.
What you'll do
Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for partnering with internal business development and marketing teams, along with external partner teams, to market joint solutions and generate demand for Brex.
The ideal candidate has experience positioning complex B2B products and designing integrated co-marketing campaigns for partners at scale.
Where you'll work
This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting the week of January 6th, 2025.
Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.
ResponsibilitiesDefine joint objectives, investment models, marketing strategies, priorities, and success metrics for Brex's business development initiativesDevelop joint go-to-market plans and integrated campaigns to launch, create awareness, and drive adoption of Brex's products and partner solutionsCreate processes and systems that help Brex provide marketing resources and enablement for a growing ecosystem of partnersDeploy partner tiering models and incentives that help drive partner engagement and maximize partner sourced pipelineCraft messaging and produce co-marketing assets that articulate the value and differentiation of joint partner solutionsSupport the execution of partner-related content, webinars, and events to elevate brand awareness and generate pipelineEnable internal sales and success teams to effectively communicate the value of joint partner solutions and accelerate deal cyclesRequirements
5+ years of experience in a product or partner marketing role in B2B softwareStrong ability to translate and consolidate value propositions into succinct narrativesExcellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skillsAptitude for complex problem solving and strategic prioritizationAbility to drive alignment and influence strategic BD and Marketing stakeholdersMust be willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $165,884 - $207,355. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
