- Participate in the rotation for every other holiday, ensuring patient care continuity.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly identifying any changes and communicating them to the healthcare team.- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and interventions.- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, families, and colleagues.- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize patient outcomes.
