As a Project Manager, Partnership Development you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits.
On the Partnership Development team reporting to the Manager, Partnership Development you will manage the flow of partnership candidates from initial introduction to deal execution.
Additionally, you will manage the launch of new partners for our companies in-room TV platform, the Connected Room Experience.
What will I be doing?
As the Project Manager, Partnership Development you will be shepherding the delivery of partnership candidates from initial introduction to deal execution.
You will be key in delivering new partners within the organization, working closely with team members in Partnership Development and Marketing & Loyalty.
- Support all aspects of partnership candidate management. Manage deadlines, track responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of partnership candidates.
- Prepare reports and partnership candidate materials for senior leadership regarding status of partnership candidate(s).
- Prepare communications and presentations for senior leadership review and to gain approval.
- Support migration of current partnership candidate process from Excel to Airtable
- Prepare data for bi-weekly partnership candidate review meeting
- Track partnership candidate progress through internal process
- Project management for onboarding of new partners and briefing of cross functional teams
- Account management of streaming app partners to ensure smooth launches and contract fulfillment for Connected Room Experience
- Manage archive to ensure accurate record keeping
- Facilitate request of and signatures of NDAs
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, partnerships or in a related area
- 2-4 years of experience managing projects with a variety of deadlines, tasks and contributors
- Advanced user of Excel and other Microsoft products
- Advanced user of Airtable
