About the TeamAs part of the Workbench team, we focus on shaping the core experience of the seller platform. We design key foundational elements such as navigation, homepage layouts, and the overall education experience across the platform, ensuring sellers have intuitive and efficient tools to grow their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of key platform features such as navigation, seller education, and other projects, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals, leveraging strong product thinking skills.
- Create and maintain design guidelines that promote consistency across the platform and ensure scalability for future growth, utilizing a keen understanding of design principles.
- Work closely with other team's designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to implement guidelines and drive improvements across the seller platform, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
- Define and execute a strategic design vision that aligns with platform goals, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement through strategic thinking.
- Use research and data to guide design decisions, ensuring each iteration contributes to key business metrics and user success, supported by analytical skills and insights.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- Experience working with research and data to drive decision making.- Expertise with Figma and prototyping tools.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.- Demonstrate proficiency in developing and launching numerous features with broad or ambiguous scope, covering end-to-end experiences across various platforms.
Preferred Qualifications- 3+ years of work experience working on merchant product design.- Experience with e-commerce, user experience, and emerging trends in digital retail.
