PacShores Mortgage Inc., seeks a highly motivated, self-starter and experienced mortgage Telemarketer / Canvasser to fill an open Sales Assistant to Mortgage Broker position in their West Los Angeles office.
We are an established West Los Angeles, full-service mortgage company that specializes in originating and arranging Private Party (Hard Money) mortgage loans, and that also offers Conventional FNMA, Non-QM and Government Loan Programs.
MORTGAGE BROKER ASSISTANT ONLY - THIS POSITION DOES NO INVOLVE ANY SELLING - MORTGAGE LICENSING IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SALES POSITIONS.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE :
Follow up Phone Calls to new and pending Prospects.
Determine basis for stalls in Closing process.
Implement necessary steps to resolve stalls and facilitate Closings.
Follow up phone calls to various Broker's Lenders.
Confirm and verify Lender's Funding availability, Terms, Guidelines and other Preferences.

Qualifications :
Prior successful Mortgage Telemarketing / Solicitation experience.
Professional and Courteous Telephone and Customer Service demeanor.
Superior Organizational Skills
Familiarity and ability to use standard Office Software, including Email
and CRM programs.
Ability to follow up, schedule and reschedule ongoing contact and
updates with various Prospects and Lenders.
