At Cedar Point, work is FUN! As a line cook, you'll prepare food items for our guests at our resort properties. You’ll also
- Understand and adhere to all food hygiene and health safety regulations
- Cook and prepare food items, while ensuring speedy service and that only quality food items are prepared and using correct portions to ensure proper food cost procedures are followed
Monitor and control safe food handling procedures, including : time / temperature control, sanitation, cross-contamination, product rotation, storage levels, and cooling procedures .
