Job Summary

We are seeking a polished and energetic Fine Dining Chef De Cuisine for the grand opening of an iconic Hollywood restaurant.

We provide a creative and innovative atmosphere where attention to detail is of utmost importance. Must have new restaurant opening experience, plus excellent tenure.

We are opening 6 more restaurants in the next year so you can grow as we grow. We need a sharp polished CDC, Executive Sous who can handle the volume and understand the Hollywood restaurant scene.

Fine Dining Chef De Cuisine Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 Years as Executive Sous, or CDC of a fine dining restaurant with a 10 million sales volume
  • Solid tenure in the Hospitality Industry
  • Must have experience in fine dining concepts (Italian preferred)
  • New restaurant opening experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Hospitality Degree Multi-Lingual a plus
  • Experienced in team development and with a wealth of knowledge in Food and Beverage

Fine Dining Chef De Cuisine Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Experience with Italian Cuisine, New American, French
  • Efficient operational coordination, logistics, and project management abilities experience with property maintenance
  • Sharp financial, P&L, and budgetary accountability
  • Innovative thinking and problem-resolution abilities, motivational and team-oriented leadership
  • Embraces branding and design, up to date on emerging market trends, creativity-driven
  • Discerning attention to detail, brand presentation, cleanliness
  • Impeccable service skills, empathetic dedication to guests and staff at all levels
