A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide support and communication between the Plan and its members, as well as other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate direct communication between the Plan and members, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in various systems
Assist members with understanding their health coverage and resolve issues related to eligibility, benefits, and billing
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Less than 1 year of experience as a Customer Call Center Representative, with a minimum of six months preferred
Medical office certification, including knowledge of medical terminology, is preferred
