Required Skills :
- BS / BA or MS in computer science or equivalent programming ability with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Have demonstrated working experience in several web frameworks, languages, and programming paradigms :
- Angular, Coffeescript)
- Ruby on Rails, Rspec, Cucumber)
- Working experience in Ruby on Rails AND Angular is a MUST
- Experience with building complex responsive designs
- Be comfortable with both complicated server development and beautiful, pixel perfect client side development for multiple platforms
- Master the latest technologies and spearhead new technology development
- Favor many small refactors over one large rewrite, pragmatism over correctness, data over opinions
- Embrace healthy disagreements; care about getting the correct solution more than just being right
- Experience in web based consumer application is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly motivated, curious, capable and a lifetime learner
