We are looking for an Office Manager for a law firm in Cleveland! You will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and Senior Partners to manage the day-to-day operations of the Cleveland office.

Salary :

$60,000-$70,000

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Manage and supervise the daily functions of the Cleveland office.
  • Supervise all non-professional staff members.
  • Oversee all aspects of interviewing and onboarding new team members.
  • Organize and facilitate training for new hires.
  • Handle team payroll, timecard approvals, and PTO requests.
  • Mediate team issues and escalate to HR when necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between attorneys and other management.
  • Prepare reports, agendas, and presentations for meetings.
  • Serve as the office contact for all area support agencies.
  • Assist with communication among employees.
  • Assist with internal and external promotional events and coordinate office participation in volunteer and community events.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and security of the physical office.
  • Manage office supply purchases for the Cleveland office.
  • Support technology implementation within the Cleveland office.
  • Organize monthly, weekly, and quarterly team meetings as needed.
  • Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities :

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and exercise good judgment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the legal industry.
  • Ability to lead and direct using a high degree of creativity.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Needles Case Management software is a plus.

Education and Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three years of management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
