Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties : The OR RN performs initial assessment appropriate to the patient’s clinical presentation / diagnosis, care setting, age, development level, and cultural and religious orientation.

Identifies and prioritizes the need for further assessment based on the patient’s clinical presentation / diagnosis, care setting, desire for care and responses to any previous care.

Qualifications

Two (2) years operating room experience in an acute care facility required

Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program

Registered Nurse with current California RN license

Current BLS certification required

Current ACLS certification required

CNOR preferred
