Market Research and Analysis : Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to develop strategic business plans.

Seek for new store development opportunities.

  • Opening new stores : Ensure all preparations are completed according to the opening schedule including recruiting staffs and store setup.
  • Lead Generation and Sales : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, and negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Strategic Partnerships : Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and industry associations.
  • Client Management : Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proposal Development : Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Revenue Growth : Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
  • Reporting : Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to head quarter in Seoul. Qualifications
  • Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the catering or food service industry.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills : Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Language : Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is a plus.
