Our healthcare client is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Philadelphia, PA. In this flexible role, you’
ll provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents, focusing on their health and well-being through comprehensive care and medication management.
Compensation : $36 / hour
Location : Philadelphia, PA
Schedule : Flexible Shifts (Per Diem)
Responsibilities as the Per Diem LPN :
- Documentation : Maintain nursing documentation and ensure medications are administered as ordered by the physician and recorded in the electronic MAR.
- Education : Assist residents in understanding their medications and health needs.
- Nursing Care : Provide nursing care, including wound care, trach care, diabetic counseling, and other health-related services.
- Assessments : Assess residents’ physical and emotional health and provide necessary interventions.
- Communication : Communicate with the nursing and program staff about resident health and any serious concerns. Qualifications for the Per Diem LPN :
- Education : Licensed Practical Nurse with a current Pennsylvania license.
- Licensure : Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Certification : CPR Certification required.
