About The Position
Job Title : Outpatient Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Job Duration : Not Specified Shift : Not Specified Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours with the expectation of working up to 40 hours Experience : Outpatient experience preferred;
Will accept new graduates and first-time travelers License : Required Certifications : Required Must-Have : Ability to float to other clinics Job Description : Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient population.
- Meet productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.- See 12-14 patients per day.- Double-book follow-up visits as needed.
- Obtain prior approval for any overtime from the director.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures and care plans.- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports.
Additional Notes : Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) are not eligible for this position.
