We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for full facility maintenance in the office, shop and warehouse. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for regular CNC, HVAC and compressor maintenance.
They will complete a wide variety of projects in and around the facility. We are looking for someone with a mechanic's mind or background, mechanically inclined and knows how to use a lot of standard tools.

Construct new wall and change existing walls Install and maintain air lines Basic equipment maintenance oil & filter changes, safety inspections, etc.
Read and follow instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals Report any issues to Maintenance Manager Perform facility janitorial tasks as needed mop floors, restock toiletries, etc.
Related experience must include, light plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, basic roof leak repair door and hardware repair Other duties as assigned Maintenance Technician I Qualifications : Valid Driver's License and must possess good DMV report (required) Minimum of 2-5 years' Mechanical experience (preferred) CNC experience a plus Highly mechanically inclined (required) Would consider someone with a background in automotive mechanics HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting experience (preferred) Forklift and scissor lift experience (preferred) Must possess a strong work ethic and integrity MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED Employment with Air Squared is contingent on passing a statewide background check, drug screening (for substances illegal in the state of Colorado), and employment verification through E-Verify.
