Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Walmart Commerce Technologies (WCT) is a new start up team within Walmart Global Tech commercializing internally developed technologies.

WCT team is focused on externalizing proven Walmart technologies and packaging them for retailers and other companies.

The Principal Product Manager - Technology commercialization Ads will be responsible for building ads solutions as part of the commercialized offerings and driving it to market.

Success in this role requires high comfort with ambiguity, entrepreneurial mentality and passion for new technologies. You will have the unique opportunity to commercialize mature enterprise systems and enable them for a whole industry of retailers.

What you'll do :

Evaluate the technology, conduct research, determine competitive landscape and business trends, and perform quantitative analysis to evaluate potential opportunities.

Define the MVP and the analytics to define success of product.

Create the roadmap for feature set roll out and monitor progress to milestones.

Work with cross functional teams to answer questions and make scope trade off decisions for successful partnerships.

Ensure post-launch support and validate success of commercialized product against success metrics.

Evaluate customer pain points and continuously iterate and develop product.

What you'll bring :

Bachelors degree and 8 -10 years of experience in product management

3- 5 years Product Management Experience with Ads platforms

Reston, Virginia US-07759 / Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649 : The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848 : The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735 : The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years' experience in product management.

Option 2 : 11 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B / C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.

2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
