Glendalebased property group specializing in thehospitality industry is seeking a directhire CFO to manage allfinancial operations of the company.
This position reports directlyto the CEO and President of the organization and has a salarybudget between $180000 $215000 / year depending upon relevantexperience.
The CFO will have a strong background in managingfinancial operations and working directly with banks andinvestors.
What You’llDo :
- Directly supervise thecompany’s Controller and hold responsibility for the cashflows P&L statements and balance sheets
- Manage the company’s financedepartment
- Lead the FP&A and financialreporting processes of the company
- Oversee thedue diligence for potential acquisitions partnerships andcommercial loans
- Provide istance with thecapital raising and project financing efforts of theorganization
- Oversee and manage the monthlypreparation of financial reporting to the board andinvestors
- Manage the implementation anddevelopment of the financial information and internal controlsystems
Work ExperienceRequirements :
- Bachelor’sDegree in Finance or related field
- CPArequired
- 10 years of experience in managingfinancial operations
- EB5 experience in raisingcapital for projects required
- Experience inhospitality / real estate industry required
- Experience working with banks / financial institutionsrequired
