Tasks
Youwill
- Be at theforefront of the cryptocurrency ecosystem building out newdistributed software to handle our rapidly growing user base of 75Mwallets to reach 1B customers
- Become a keymember of a dedicated engineering team committed to rapidlyshipping and iterating on products that directly impact millions ofusers
- Advocate best practices code quality testcoverage and drive technical discussion
- Buildscalable services with Kotlin and deal with problems likesynchronization asynchronous operations database optimizationsscalability and reliability of systems
- Gainexposure to an array of technologies such as Kafka PostgreSQL RedisDocker etc.
- Optimize existing systems forscalability extensibility and performance whilst building outreusable modular code for use acrossproducts
- Ensure security is at the forefront ofeverything you do employing advanced encryption schemes to secureuser and company data
- Work withininterdisciplinary teams to continually deliver the highest qualitysoftware to ourusers
Requirements
- Youknow at least one programming language indepth
- You have at least one year of experiencein any JVM based languages (such as Java Kotlin Scala) and areconfident in your ability to build debug and shipmicroservices
- You have experience building andshipping highlyavailable fault tolerant production readydistributed backend systems
- You activelyparticipate in creating product and software specifications beforeimplementing them
- You maintain high levels oftest coverage strong technical documentation and effectivemonitoring
- Understanding of data structuresdatabases and largescale distributedsystems
- Preferably exposure to technologiessuch as Kafka PostgreSQL Redis RabbitMQ
- You arecustomer focused and continuously suggest how the backend canprovide the best Customer Experience
