Requirements

Project Coordinator - Performance Contracting : This is where you come in.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator who will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Performance Contracting Team.

This role involves supporting the team in developing and delivering projects to our customers, from initial setup through final closeout.

Responsibilities include generating and managing project information, performing data entry, creating reports, leveraging workflows, and utilizing visual tools to ensure efficient operations.

As the PC Construction Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

You will report directly to the PC Manager of Project Management. In return for meeting ambitious goals, you will be rewarded with greater ownership of tasks, numerous growth opportunities, and more freedom than you've likely experienced before.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero :

  • Effective Communication and Collaboration : Establish strong communication and coordination with team members and stakeholders.
  • Document Management : Ensure accurate and efficient management, control, tracking, and reporting of documents.
  • Financial Data Processing : Handle financial data promptly and precisely for reporting and analysis.
  • Responsive Task Management : Demonstrate quick and efficient follow-through on task assignments with a fast turnaround time.

The Project Coordinator reports to Maria Boyer, VP of Preconstruction , and is part of a collaborative team dedicated to supporting our growing business through various projects and initiatives.

This highly visible role involves interaction with all levels and functions within the organization.

Your Background : What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have

  • An Associate Degree in Business Administration, Management, or at least two years of expereince in a coordinator role or similar position.
  • Proficiency is software programs including MS Word, Excel, Power BI, MS Project, Blue Beam, PowerPoint, Visio, Chrome, Procore, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Benefits

Compensation : $ 55,000 to $68,000 Annually
