Compensation :

$75,000 Yearly + Bonus Eligible

Responsibilities :

• Monitor sales and operational activities to ensure the business is running at maximum efficiency
• Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures and cultivate a strong team atmosphere
• Develop and implement plans to increase customer satisfaction and profitability
• Analyze financial data to make sound business decisions and drive organizational growth
• Recruit, onboard, and train new employees in accordance with HR regulations and procedures

Qualifications :

• At least five years of management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of leading teams to peak performance
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and customers
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving aptitude
• Experience in budgeting and finance
• Ability to remain composed under pressure
• US Work Authorization
