Job Overview : Join our team as a Quarry Yard Loader Operator at our Servtex Quarry in New Braunfels, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing raw materials and the replenishment process while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct pre- and post-shift safety inspections daily
- Load customer trucks safely and accurately
- Communicate with drivers to ensure quality service
- Perform minor equipment repairs and maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least two years of heavy equipment experience
- Open pit mining operations and aggregate products experience is a plus
- MSHA training is a plus
- Ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in various climates
