Description
Assist Project Planning
Support in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordination
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Documentation
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs (Requests for Information).
Site Supervision
Assist in overseeing daily construction activities to ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations.
Progress Reporting
Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting milestones and any issues encountered.
Cost Control
Monitor project expenses and assist in cost management to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Problem Resolution
Address any project-related problems or conflicts promptly and effectively to minimize delays and disruptions.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience
- Degree in construction management, engineering, or similar field
- Knowledge of relevant construction programs
- Estimating experience is a plus
