Job Description :

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Kubernetes Engineer to join our National Security practice.

The Work :

• Assist the Lead with the planning and design effort for all tasks in the backlog (e.g. POA&M items, component upgrades, feature requests, bug fixes).
• Implement the tasks in the backlog (e.g. POA&M items, component upgrades, feature requests, bug fixes).
• Review changes to the Volta baseline. Update the Body of Evidence (BOE) with each release

Here's what you need :

• BS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics OR without a degree have at least 5 years’ experience as an engineer
• Minimum 1 year experience using agile methodologies in the system development life cycle
• Minimum 1 year experience with Infrastructure-as-Code / Configuration-as-Code
• Minimum 1 year experience with Commercial Cloud Services
• Minimum1 year experience with Kubernetes

Bonus points if :

• Experience with Commercial Cloud Services (eg : AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with GitOps
• Experience with the Platform One Big Bang Service
• IAT level ll certification

Security Clearance :

Must have an active TS / SCI clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia .

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.

$97,300 $196,500 USD
