We are seeking psychiatrists for a full-time position at our Troy, MI, location.

Compensation :

The salary range for this position is $255,573 to $372,297 per year. The role also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance.

Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus variable based upon experience and metric achievement.

Requirements :

• Must have an active M.D licensure.
• Prescribing psychotropic medications
• Conducting psychiatric evaluations and med management services
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Beneficial Skills & Experience :
• Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with children and adolescents is highly favorable.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development.
• Initiative-taking and independent clinician
• Able to build rapport with clients quickly.

Perspectives Counseling Center was founded in 1985. We are a long-standing outpatient clinic with a multi-disciplinary team of caring professionals dedicated to serving our community.

Our services include individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, marriage and family therapy, Christian counseling, testing and assessments, seminars, and the E.D.G.E. program.
