WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS :
As an Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate, you're the friendly, knowledgeable face our customers rely on. You spend your day assisting customers in person and over the phone, helping them find the right auto parts, and offering expert advice.
Handling cash and other transactions, you ensure the buying process runs smoothly and efficiently. By using electronic and paper cataloging systems, you retrieve up-to-date information to support customers in their needs.
Throughout the day, you maintain a professional demeanor and a positive, helpful attitude.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED :
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years old
- A passion for customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior automotive knowledge
- ASE Certification
