The Backend Engineer is responsible for the development and implementation of blockchain-based solutions within an organization.
This position requires a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its various applications using NodeJS / Golang / Python.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement blockchain-based solutions that meet the organization's needs.
- Conduct research and analysis of blockchain technology and its various applications.
- Identify and assess potential use cases for blockchain within the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that blockchain solutions align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the implementation of blockchain-based solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to blockchain.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of practical experience.
- Extensive experience in blockchain development and implementation.
- Familiarity with various blockchain platforms, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Corda.
- Experience with smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and other blockchain-related tools and technologies.
- Experience with deploying blockchain-based applications.
- Understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and other core concepts of blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
