As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, full-cycle accounting, and financial planning and analysis.

What You Will Be Doing :
- Oversee financial accounting and analysis for key areas such as joint revenue sharing, asset management, and revenue recognition
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting that aligns with the company’s strategic goals
- Manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and complete
- Maintain and enhance internal controls to ensure compliance and integrity in financial reporting
- Work closely with business leaders to implement and optimize new accounting processes
- Lead initiatives to streamline and automate financial operations, driving continuous improvement
- Coordinate and manage external and internal audit requests, ensuring timely and thorough responses
- Maintain strong relationships with auditors and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Mentor and guide staff, focusing on their professional growth and development
What We Need From You :
- CPA designation with 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including both audit and industry experience at a global, publicly traded company
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SAP, with the ability to manage complex financial data
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with familiarity in IFRS a plus
- Proven ability to focus on continuous improvement, automation, and staff development
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and effective decision-making
