$3,000 to $3,050 per week
About The Position
At the clinical direction of a Radiologist and the administrative direction of the Director of Imaging perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures with minimum supervision.
Major Responsibilities :
Perform MRI procedures. Review medical record for patient history and pertinent information. Review requisition with the physician.
Explain procedure to the patient. Select proper technique / protocol to obtain optimal scans.
- Review studies for overall quality.
- Organize daily work schedule and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Perform daily calibration check on equipment. Alert service to any equipment issues.
- Provide instruction to medical and hospital staff on MRI safety.

Job Requirements
- ARRT
- BLS (AHA)
- NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
- 2+ years CURRENT MRI experience
- MUST have ARRT(MR) - Required
- Proficiency in using Siemens equipment - Preferred
- Associates Degree minimum
- Previous travel experience - Preferred
- TEMP NH MIRT license in effect!!! MUST be in possession of an out of state Imaging license in order to obtain Temp...non-licensed Imaging Tech will have to apply for the PERM NH MIRT license Temporary Licenses NH Office of Professional Licensure and Certification
