Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location : Lawton, OK
Shift Notes : 1745-0600 (12 hour shifts)
Sign-On Bonus : $6,000
Relocation Bonus : $2,000
Salary Range : $30 - $38.82 / hour (based on experience)
Position Summary :
You are responsible for developing and implementing total nursing care for patients across various life stages, from infants to geriatrics.
This role involves assessing patient needs, formulating nursing diagnoses, planning patient care, and providing leadership within the clinical setting in cooperation with ancillary nursing and other patient care team personnel.
Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive patient care plans based on nursing assessments and diagnoses.
- Provide leadership in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
- Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Develop systems to effectively manage patient care across different population groups including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Qualifications :
- Registered Nurse licensure required.
- Experience in a clinical setting providing patient care across various demographics.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
