Looking for a Low Voltage Lead Foreman for small project installations within retail and commercial environments. The Foreman will run projects managing finances and technicians servicing and installing equipment for various customers so strong knowledge of data / voice and Fiber cabling is needed.
This position will require Traveling 30% of the time. Traveling will consist of customer and onsite visits.
Ideal candidates will possess industry experience with single and / or multi-site operations in the voice / data / security or electrical field.
This position provides project management and operational support.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operational tasks
Provide logistical project support
Create and maintain project files
Manage project scheduling
Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.
Manage & delegate through team resources
Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign
Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the Company and OSHA
Available and willing for extensive travel nationwide.
Duration of each project last 1-6 months. Once completed you would move on to the next project location.
Flexible and willing to work on-call, day, night, or weekend shifts as the jobs require.
Must have experience working with Project Management tools. Must work well with others. Technicians must be able to follow directions, work independently with no supervision still be able to complete task in a timely manner.
We are looking for a highly skilled Foreman who enjoys Managing large-scale projects. They will be Leading crews of 6-15 technicians.
The environment is fast paced, demanding, with high ceilings that will require climbing ladders and using a scissor lift for heights 20 to 30 feet.
Requirements for the role include 5 - 7+ years of experience as a Lead / Foreman working in Industrial / manufacturing environments.
