Job Description

Now Hiring Full-time Remote Customer Service Reps in London, KY area.

• $13 / hour + Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k), with paid training
• 100% work from home position providing customer service .
• Our hours of operation are 24 / 7 Monday-Sunday, 365 days a year.
• 100% attendance is required during training without any exceptions.
• This is a full-time 40 hours a week position.

To meet our requirements, you should :

• Be at least 18 years or older with High School Diploma or GED
• Must live within 50 Radius of London, KY
• Have at least six months of customer service experience
• Be able to work independently with discipline and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment
• Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Be courteous and friendly with high degree of professionalism
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Must have the flexibility to work any shift ( schedule will assigned at time of offer); Monday through Sunday including holidays.
• High speed internet.
