RN / LPN Full Time 2nd shift $5,000 Sign On Bonus!
Holland Home of Grand Rapids is seeking a full time RN / LPN to join our Raybrook Manor campus, a 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities :
- Performs resident care in a compassionate manner in accordance with the mission and values of Holland Home
- Perform resident assessments, administer medications, and evaluate physician orders
- Maintain the medication cart and supplies as needed
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner; including admission documentation
Primary Location : 2121 Raybrook St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546
Hours of Work : 2 : 30pm-11pm
Weekly Scheduled Hours : 32 (40hrs available if desired)
Days Worked : Sun, Wed, Thu, Fri - Mon, Wed, Thu, Sat
Weekend Frequency : Every Other Weekend
Qualifications and Requirements :
- A current and valid MI RN / LPN license is required
- Must be CPR certified
- Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills to chart in Matrix EMR
