Community Pet Hospital is a forward-thinking, general\npractice and emergency hospital with two locations in Thornton, CO, near the\nstunning Rocky Mountains—an outdoor lover’s dream! Our comprehensive care\nfacility allows us to cater to a wide range of patient needs, from urgent care\ncases to emergency situations. This unique approach provides our veterinarians\nwith a diverse of cases and the opportunity to perform their own surgeries.\nAdditionally, as a general practice, we offer continuity of care that ensures\nour patients receive consistent, quality treatment throughout their lives.

Our 10-doctor small animal practice prioritizes high-quality\nmedicine, client education, and staff development. We embrace a team-based\napproach, with skilled, experienced support staff and regular DVM meetings to\nfoster collaboration and continuous growth.     What we are looking for :

  • \nAt\nleast 6-12 months of emergency experience
  • \nA Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from\nan accredited university.
  • \nLicensure in good standing to practice in the state in which\napplicant is to be employed.
  • \nCommitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine\nand upholding veterinary code of ethics.
  • \nDemonstrates excellent verbal and written communication\nskills.
  • \nWorks collaboratively with hospital team members.
  • \nMakes decisions confidently and effectively.
  • \nManages time and tasks appropriately.
  • \nModels a professional and courteous manner with staff and\nclients.
