Working in collaboration with other members of the WNTO, and the broader Forvis Mazars team, they use this understanding to translate complex tax issues into meaningful communications, develop value-added service offering models, provide innovative insights, support strategic tax planning for key Forvis Mazars clients, and build the Forvis Mazars brand as a thought leader through educational presentations and networking.
As the Process and Solutions Designer for Forvis Mazars Washington National Tax Office (WNTO), you will have the opportunity to collaborate with tax subject matter specialists to convert their insights and analysis into actionable plans and valuable resources.

How you will contribute :
Designing the WNTO architecture and delivery model for converting tax technical analysis into actionable plans and resources.
Resources will include presentations, models, tools, and templates using technology on platforms that can be integrated into the broader firm and client base.
- Evaluating client expectations, objectives, and technical constraints to create customized innovative solutions for specific tax issues.
- Identifying opportunities for new service offerings or innovation of existing services to provide an unmatched client experience.
- Developing and deploying service model platforms, strategies, and solutions based on judicial or legislative developments.
- Driving creation and spin-up of new national tax service lines in collaboration with the rest of the WNTO and Tax Specialty team.
- Growing the Forvis Mazars brand as a thought leader in tax through the design and deployment of relevant value-added service offerings and technology in a way that provides an unmatched client experience.

Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation or Juris Doctor
- 5+ years or more of tax experiencewith a large accounting firm, law firm, or relevant tax policy-making entity
- 2 or more years of experience working as an innovation business analyst or similar role
Preferred Qualifications :
CPA license and / or J.D. / L.L.M
