RN CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Our client, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join their rapidly growing team at a home health care organization dedicated to providing quality care to their patients.

• Job Title : * Clinical Supervisor
• Salary : * $140,000-$160,000 (includes a $5,000 bonus paid in two installments)
• Location : * Brighton, MA
• Schedule : * 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday (with possible weekend work)
• Transportation : * Parking available or accessible via the Green Line
• Duration : * Direct Hire!
• Responsibilities : *
• Manage a team of Clinicians, Coordinators, and administrative staff.
• Develop clinical policies and procedures.
• Ensure high-quality patient care by guiding and overseeing clinicians.
• Conduct home visits for mentorship, training, and performance evaluation.
• Maintain patient oversight, recertifications, and discharges.
• Monitor staff compliance with company policies.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Handle Medicare referrals, insurance checks, and prior authorizations.
• Assign referrals and coordinate initial visits.
• Ensure compliance with CoP / Regulations and interpretive guidelines.
• Collaborate with the QI Director for quality services.
• Review and complete OASIS documentation.
• Provide leadership and support to staff.
• Delegate and enforce duties.
• Manage payroll and employee appraisals.
• Conduct orientation, training, and respond to staff inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR for recruitment and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure equipment availability and functionality.
• Provide on-call coverage and liaise with hospitals.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
• Qualifications : *
• Licensed Clinician in Massachusetts (RN, LPN, Dr.)
• Experience working in a home health setting required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in OASIS
• Knowledge of Medicaid / Medicare home health care regulations.
• Previous relevant experience.
