RESIDENTIAL SALES COORDINATOR - BISHOP SPENCER PLACE

The Opportunity :

Saint Luke's Bishop Spencer Place is Kansas City's premier Life Plan retirement community. The Residential Sales Coordinator will work with prospective residents, their families and referral sources / influencers to sell the merits of the communitys continuum of care lifestyle from concept to move-in.

The Resident Sales Coordinator also organizes marketing events, helps manage apartment inventory and coordinate apartment renovation projects.

The Work :

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources.
• Coordinate on-site marketing luncheons, cultural and other outreach activities to educate and attract potential residents.
• Maintain sales database and possess advanced knowledge of MatrixCare Software.
• Respond to telephone inquiries and conduct outbound telephone calls to qualified leads to generate appointments.
• Qualify prospective residents, matching our services to their needs while maximizing move-in potential.
• Meet with prospective residents, family members and influencers to highlight the benefits of the community and show available inventory.
• Follow-up with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources to convert qualified leads to new resident move ins to meet census goals.
• Manage apartment inventory, coordinating with both internal facilities and residents / families to determine apartment updates and coordinate associated projects.
• Manage apartment renovation projects and resident / family expectations by ensuring work is completed on time and on budget.
• Lead closing appointments to prepare residents for their move-in date. Coordinate services with moving company and other vendors.
