Valle Dorado - a 15,000 sq. ft. Restaurant & Brewery is seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our team as Server / Bartenders! At Valle Dorado, we pride ourselves on offering an exceptional dining experience that combines exquisite cuisine with top-notch customer service.
As a Server / Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while delivering high-quality food and drink services.
Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and enhance their overall dining experience will be essential.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in both food service and bartending, working alongside a talented team and contributing to a vibrant restaurant culture.

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items and specials.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and well-organized throughout service.
- Monitor guests' needs and provide timely service to enhance their dining experience.
- Handle cash and credit transactions securely and accurately.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu items.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Must possess a valid food handling permit and responsible beverage service certification.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
