In a role that blends science with the art of winemaking, you'll engage in a broad spectrum of physical, microbiological, and chemical analyses.
Your work will span from ensuring the quality of our alcoholic beverages, grapes, and grape products to environmental monitoring, all vital for our production and winemaking processes.
In this position, you will not only conduct various analyses using state-of-the-art equipment but also play a crucial role in quality control, from sampling and monitoring bottling lines for sanitation to evaluating laboratory data for product release.
Your attention to detail will be paramount in instrument calibration, maintenance, and the ongoing pursuit of laboratory excellence through method development and data analysis.
As a valued team member, your contributions will extend beyond the lab bench. You'll participate in improving practices, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring compliance with our ISO 17025-compliant quality management system.

What You Will Need :
Bachelor's degree with a combined 20 college coursework units of chemistry, biology, and / or microbiology; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years or 4 seasons of paid laboratory experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibilities;
OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 20 college coursework units of chemistry, biology, and / or microbiology plus 2 years of chemistry / microbiology laboratory experience.
- Required to maintain 3 shift availability (day, swing, and graveyard); required to work overtime when necessary; required to work weekends when necessary.
- Required to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Required to stand for long periods of time.
- Required to be at least 21 years of age.
- Required to conduct work at extreme heights.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and / or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation :
Hiring Salary Range Posted : $24.13- $32.60 / hourly
Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.'
