The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing successful go-to-market strategies in the property management software industry.

This role will involve collaborating closely with the sales and business development teams to create compelling marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base in the homeowner association and rental property management sectors.

2. Create engaging content across various channels including social media, webinars, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and email campaigns.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials such as presentations, product guides, and demos that effectively communicate the value proposition of ManageCasa's software solutions.

4. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.

5. Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS marketing, property management software, and the broader real estate industry.

7. Work closely with the management team to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives and priorities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (4 years) in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for SaaS products, preferably within the property management software industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of property management software and the real estate industry is a plus.
