About the Role Architectural Manager

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Architectural Manager to lead our architectural design team and drive excellence across every project phase. From initial blueprint creation to project execution, your expertise will help shape the future of our buildswhile upholding strict adherence to codes, compliance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the architectural design team
  • Oversee creation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction crews
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate design implementation and resolve issues
  • Utilize software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM for drafting
  • Stay current on industry trends, sustainability practices, and new technologies
  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous learning and growth

  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Expertise in architectural design software
  • In-depth understanding of building materials, systems, and sustainability
  • Strong critical thinking, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and timelines
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
  • 510 years of experience in architectural design & project leadership (construction experience preferred)
  • Licensed Architect preferred, but not required
