Key ResponsibilitiesAssist members in finding and scheduling appointments with healthcare providersProvide non-clinical support for utilization management and case management workflowsResearch community resources and assist in transitions of care for hospitalized patientsRequired Qualifications and EducationHigh school diploma or GED required;
Associate's degree preferred1+ years of experience in a managed care environmentUnderstanding of plan benefit structures and psychiatric / medical terminologyExperience with chronic pain management guidelines (if applicable)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
