Receptionist / Office Assistant
Summary
A wellestablished Japanese company is seeking a highly organizedand personable Receptionist / Office Assistant. The ideal candidatewill handle front desk duties provide general office support assistwith various administrative tasks and support basic accountingfunctions.
This role requires strong communication skills andfluency in both English and Japanese.
Essential Duties
- Greet and assist visitors ensuring a welcomingand professional front office atmosphere.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to theappropriate personnel.
- Manage mail couriersand other deliveries.
- Perform basicadministrative duties such as data entry filing and documentmanagement.
- Provide support to the accountingdepartment with tasks such as processing invoices reconcilingexpense reports and data entry into accounting software.
- Assist in managing petty cash and handling officerelatedexpenses.
- Support various departments with adhoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention todetail.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in both English and Japanese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook);experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Friendly professional demeanorwith the ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
- Basic understanding of accountingprinciples and experience with invoicing or expense reporting is abig plus.
